  1. Annual Meeting of the Members

    You are hereby given notice of the 2025 Annual Homeowners Meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 13th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams.

    To join the meeting, please scan the QR code below, download the Teams app, and enter the meeting ID and passcode when prompted.

    The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association, elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors, and present information on the current affairs of the Association, including a financial overview. Should you wish to run for a Board of Directors position, please fill out and submit the attached candidacy form to Michelle Dando via email michelle@legacyswhoa.com no later than Monday, May 12th, 2025. Each board member will serve a two-year term.

    The Bylaws state that to hold a meeting and conduct business of the Association, there must be a quorum present. The quorum required to hold a meeting is one third (1/3) of the 198 voting members or 67 homeowners. If the quorum for the annual meeting is not met, the Association will not be able to conduct any Association business, and will incur additional expenses to recall, reschedule and re-notice.

    During this meeting we will be looking to fill two (2) positions on the Board of Directors. The officers of the Association are the Treasurer & Secretary. Officers will be elected annually.
