In accordance with the governing documents, you are hereby given notice that a Meeting of the Members is rescheduled for Thursday, December 7th, 2023, via GoTo Meeting at 6:30 P.M.

To conduct the Meeting, a quorum of ten percent (10% or 20 homeowners) of members must be present either online via GoTo or by proxy. Please complete and return the proxy enclosed to vonnye@legacysouthwestpm.com no later than 12:00 P.M. December 6th, 2023. In the event the quorum is not met another meeting will be held later. You will find a Proxy included with this notice in the event you are unable to attend the meeting or can use the proxy link to fill out the proxy online.

A voting proxy is a person or entity you authorize to vote on your behalf in a formal decision-making process, such person or prefer someone else's expertise to make informed decisions.

Please take a moment to sign and return the enclosed proxy even if you plan to attend, as unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please email the completed proxy to vonnye@legacysouthwestpm.com. Your attendance or proxy will help fulfill the quorum requirement and avoid additional administrative costs and postage.
