In accordance with the governing documents, you are hereby given notice that a Meeting of the Members is scheduled for Thursday, October 26, 2023, via GoTo Meeting at 6:00 P.M.

During this meeting we will be looking to fill two (2) positions on the Board of Directors. The officers of the Association are the Treasurer & Secretary. Officers will be elected annually. If you are interested in running, please complete the Candidacy Form, and return it to Legacy Southwest Property Management by noon October 26th, 2023. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 P.M. We look forward to having you join us.

To conduct the Meeting, a quorum of thirty – three percent (33% or 67 homeowners) of members must be present either in person or by proxy. Please complete and return the proxy enclosed to vonnye@legacysouthwestpm.com no later than 12:00 P.M. Thursday, October 26, 2023. In the event the quorum is not met another meeting will be held later. You will find a Proxy included with this notice in the event you are unable to attend the meeting.

Please take a moment to sign and return the enclosed proxy even if you plan to attend, as unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please email the completed proxy to vonnye@legacysouthwestpm.com. Your attendance or proxy will help fulfill the quorum requirement and avoid additional administrative cost and postage.
