In accordance with the governing documents, you are hereby given notice that a Transition Meeting of the Members is scheduled for Monday December 5, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Fort Worth Public Library located at 6228 Crystal Lake Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76179. During this meeting an election will be held to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. The officers of the Association are a President, Vice President, & Treasurer. Officers will be elected annually at each annual meeting. If you are interested in running, please complete the Candidacy Form and return it to Legacy Southwest Property Management. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. We look forward to having you join us.

To conduct the Meeting, a quorum of thirty – three percent (33% or 67 homeowners) of members must be present either in person or by proxy. If you are attending by proxy, please complete and return the proxy to michelle@legacysouthwestpm.com no later than Noon on Monday December 5, 2022. In the event quorum is not met another meeting will be held. Enclosed with this notice you will find a Proxy in the event you are unable to attend the meeting.

Please take a moment to sign and return the enclosed proxy even if you plan to attend, as unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please email the completed proxy to michelle@legacysouthwestpm.com. Your attendance or proxy will help fulfill the quorum requirements.
