You are hereby given notice of the 2025 Annual Homeowners Association Meeting Reconvene. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday July 22nd, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams. To join the meeting, please download the Teams app, and enter the meeting ID and passcode when prompted.
The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association, elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors, and present information on the current affairs of the Association, including a financial overview. Should you wish to run for a Board of Directors position, please fill out and submit the attached candidacy form to Michelle Dando via email michelle@legacyswhoa.com no later than Friday, July 18th, 2025. Each board member will serve a two-year term.

The Bylaws state that to hold a Reconvened meeting and conduct business of the Association, there must be a quorum present. The quorum required to hold a meeting is 10% of the (198 voting members) or 19 homeowners. If the quorum for the annual meeting is not met, the Association will not be able to conduct any Association business, and will incur additional expenses to recall, reschedule and re-notice.
A proxy is a written instrument, signed by the member, which duly appoints the member’s voting rights and attendance. Please take a moment to sign and return the enclosed proxy or complete the online form at Quarterhorseestateshoa.com even if you plan to attend, as unforeseen circumstances can occur.
